Who processes your data
The data controller is F.T. Fix by Francesco Taccone, Nicotera (VV), Italy. For any question about your data you can write to [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +39 345 054 8236.
What data we process and why
- Browsing data. Our server and Cloudflare, the service that protects and speeds up the website, record technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and operation. We keep them only as long as necessary.
- Contacts. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we only use your data to reply and handle the repair you ask for. If you look up your quote in the “Status” section, we use the number and phone only to find it.
- Discount code. When you request the €10 code, the website sends a technical fingerprint of your device, derived from browser and screen characteristics and turned into a non-reversible code, together with your network address. We store them only in encrypted form, to assign one code per device and prevent abuse, and delete them after 12 months. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request and our interest in preventing abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
- Technical, always active. In your browser we save your cookie choice, the light or dark theme, the discount code you obtained and a random device identifier used only for the discount code. They are needed for the website to work and do not require consent.
- Statistical, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to count visits and understand, in aggregate form, how the website is used. It sets the
_gaand_ga_*cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google may also process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights

If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
